Creative director and narrative strategist
Iain has managed creative teams at advertising and marketing agencies across the UK and North America. He established and sold his own database marketing agency in the UK before emigrating to Canada in 2006. In Canada, Iain has advised TSX 100 companies such as Brookfield, TC Energy, Keyera and Intact Insurance on content strategy and brand narrative.
He has created marketing journalism for the Canadian Centre for Advanced Leadership at the University of Calgary and ASPAC at River Green in Vancouver.
Iain is a writer who strives to simplify complex content without losing its meaning. As a creative director, he is fascinated by the social anthropology of storytelling and grand narratives.

- 2010-2021: Player-centric brand reset for Vancouver Canucks with the Aquilini Group; sales team narratives for Atlanta Braves luxury ticketing program, including developing Chipper Jones Hot Corner Pub concept
